Szablis Klee lives in Rochester, MN with her two high school-aged children. Her passions range from cooking, gardening, and painting to sculpting, reading, strategy board games, interior design, and taking any opportunity to entertain a home full of friends. She feels most at home when surrounded by friends and good conversationalists.

Szablis is devoted to empowering individuals through delivering honest answers, personalized support, and ongoing non-intrusive education. Most importantly, she helps clients maintain a sense of control over their financial lives. Known for her "aHA moment" on-the-fly metaphors, she prioritizes clear and relatable understanding, helping clients see the real impact of their financial decisions.

Since founding Full Circle Financial in 2008, Szablis has led the firm with a steadfast commitment to integrity, client education, and personalized service. Over fifteen years later, Full Circle has grown into a team of advisors and support staff who share those values and uphold high standards for a fulfilling client experience.

In 2021, Szablis also created Southeast Scuba Escape, a Scuba supply, technician, education, and travel shop built to bring the wonder of the underwater world to those who may not normally get to see it.

Professional Background

In 1998, Szablis stepped into the world of finance at Offerman & Company, a bustling broker/dealer nestled in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here, she honed her skills, learning the intricate processes that unfold after a handshake between advisor and clients.

Promoted quickly into management, Szablis found herself developing and refining the practices of advisors in bank branches and independent offices alike. It was here she solidified it wasn't spreadsheets or balance sheets that fueled her passion—it was the opportunity to help illuminate possible paths for individuals, to show them how their financial decisions could shape the quality of their lives.

Her journey took her to the heart of a large bank's investment headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she served as Senior Vice President and Director. It was here that she faced a stark realization: the institution's interests often overshadowed the clients'. Advisors struggled to provide the personal touch their clients craved and deserved, constrained by the institution's agenda and prescribed products. Szablis saw an opportunity to bridge this gap, to offer something truly unique—a service grounded in honesty, personal attention, and education.

In 2008, Full Circle Financial was established. Together with advisors who shared a clear vision and commitment, Szablis and the Full Circle team set out to redefine their clients' financial advisory experience. Continually refining their approach, Full Circle embraces a holistic, client-first philosophy and expands services to meet the evolving financial landscape.
